Using state-of-the-art simulation software (ChemCAD), we design the optimal column for your process. We validate every simulation against data from our own laboratory to confirm the required number of theoretical stages and optimise the final design.
Evaporation
We design falling-film evaporators and spiral coil heat exchangers for the gentle and energy-efficient processing of your products. The equipment is engineered using our proven in-house software and validated against real operating data.
Stripping
We design and supply customised stripping columns for the removal of volatile components from liquid streams. Benefiting from our experience in process engineering, we design the column internals to achieve product purity with minimal energy consumption.
